Dr. Price
Dr. Price is a native of Reno, Nevada where her extended family still reside. After graduating from UNR, she went to Colorado State University and achieved her goal of becoming a veterinarian in 2009. Newly married to her husband Jonathan they traveled to Pioneer Equine Hospital in California where Erin completed a year-long intensive equine medicine and surgery internship. Following this, she worked as a large animal veterinarian for Comstock Equine Hospital in Pleasant Valley.
The Prices loved the smaller town feel and beautiful mountains of the Carson Valley and moved to Gardnerville where Dr. Price has been practicing small animal medicine and surgery for the last 9 years. She is super excited to have the opportunity to own and operate her own mobile vet hospital. Dr. Erin’s professional interests include surgery, internal medicine, supporting the senior pet, and taking time to provide personalized care for dogs, horses, and cats.
In her free time, Dr. Price helps manage their family-owned gym, while trying to keep up with raising her daughter Aaralyn (8) and son Odin (5). The family loves the outdoors and enjoys riding their horses Harley and Toby; hiking with their mutts Takoda, Quincee, and Louie; skiing, playing in Tahoe, gardening, and eating delicious food.
Kara
Kara Gooch has been an LVT for 8 years working in both general practice and lab animal settings. Her passion is working directly with the animals to provide the best experience for them and safety for her team. She is a wife to a wonderful husband and 2 beautiful little boys. She currently has one very old pitbull that they love very much and too many fish to count!
Dr. Price and her have great teamwork since they have been working with each other for the last 8 years. They look forward to exceeding all expectations you have for them and your furry family members.

I am a fur mom of four, and my passion and love for animals have heavily influenced my life for as long as I can remember! I‘ve been in the veterinary field for over 4 years now and love being able to help animals live their best lives. I enjoy spending most days outdoors at the lake or on a hike with my squirrels.
